Who they are
Baxter’s campaign biography describes experience in parish, borough and county government, including chairing Sompting Parish Council and working on regeneration. She co-founded a local vehicle-servicing business. Labour’s December 2025 announcement also described her work as chief of staff to Worthing West MP Beccy Cooper. These are accounts of her experience at publication, not confirmation that every role is still held.
